Furthur

Furthur is an American rock band that debuted in September of 2009. Although the band debuted in 2009, its roots go much deeper, all the way back to 1965 when the Grateful Dead formed. Grateful Dead members Phil Lesh and Bob Weir are the founding members of Furthur. Along with Lesh and Weir is a collective group of amazing musicians that have been involved with the two artists. John Kadlecik from Dark Star Orchestra, a Grateful Dead tribute band, Jeff Chimenti from RatDog, which performed at Bethel Woods in 2008, and Joe Russo from the Benevento/Russo Duo, the first rock performers to play at Bethel Woods during the inaugural season, make up the rest of Furthur.
